Алекс Бокс – британская художница и визажист-авангардист. Макияжи этой женщины отличаются художественным подходом, драматизмом, графичностью и безграничной фантазией. Она работает на бекстейдже показов Гарета Пью, Карла Лагерфельда и Стеллы МакКартни, сотрудничает с Сиенной Миллер, Кортни Лав и Евой Герциговой, а еще делает фееричексие съемки с фотографом Ранкином. Кстати, у Алекс есть собственный бренд косметики – Illamasqua, который хорошо известен в Великобритании.

✍✍The fifth drawing in the series ✍ this was done by me having three photographs the same and cutting and collage and intersecting pieces and drawing over the top with graphic pen ✍✍✍I want to talk a moment about my drawings …so much of my drawings are sort like a frustrated outlet because they contain shapes and lines that just wouldn’t sit that way in the face , the way j see them in my head ..??I always see lines coming off the face and living in space or having 3rd and 4th dimensions … All these drawings are Not done with a computer … Just graphic pens acrylic paint and pencils …. ✍✍ it’s so satisfying to sit for hours and paint on a flat blank picture…… This series in my book came about from me always drawing on top of magazines. So we shot the model with no make up and then I would work off a large form photographs ..drawing on top of them and this is what you see scanned straight into the book no retouching no edits just how they were when the paint and ink dried .✍✍ I love drawing and find it and always have found it very cathartic process… Just like make-up you go into another world with time and space don’t exist…?✍✨??#beauty #illustration #instaart #drawing #graphic #artdirector #alexbox #art #artsagram #arts #ink #linework #trip #arte #artoftheday
